Vivian Zalvidea Araullo


Vivian Zalvidea Araullo is a multi-awarded broadcast journalist and free-lance print reporter. She writes for the North America bureau of, the most widely read online source of news about the Philippines. After winning television’s highest honor, the Emmy, Vivian changed course and joined the nonprofit sector. She is currently the executive director of West Bay Pilipino Multi Service Center that helps low-income immigrant families in San Francisco. She’s been named by the Filipina Women’s Network as one of the most influential Filipina women in America. Vivian is also the Chairman of the Board of the Global Filipino Network.
